After graduation I served an LDS Mission to Tokyo Japan- returned 1982- met and married another Timpview alum (class of 81), Teresa Crowley, in 1983. Graduated from BYU in Business Management. Lived in Utah, Arizona, Colorado, and back to Utah (to stay hopefully!) Finally found what I wanted to do when I grew up... General Contractor and owner of Rocky Mountain West Construction. I really enjoy the whole process of building, and hopefully we'll ride out this current economic storm intact!
Some recent highlights- my wife and I were both raised with horses, so about 10 years ago we started back into that hobby...and love it! I've ridden in several endurance races on my horse "Armed Hit-Man" but mostly trail ride in the Mountains. We are fortunate enough to be living in a great house on horse property in Highland. I serve on the Board of Directors for "Courage Reins", a riding center that uses horses as therapy for disabled children and adults. It's been a great experience. We've been very blessed. I still sing quite a bit, mostly with my wife, kids, and siblings...and a few Cruise ship Karaoke competitions. ha ha...Being a sober contestant has it's advantages.
We were recently blessed with our first Grandchild, born the day between Teresa's and my birthdays (Oct 18). What a great stage of life! The kids are getting older, we get to sleep through the night, and yet we have a cute little baby girl to kiss on, then send her home to keep her parents up all night. It's worth all the work it took to get here!
