Note received from Deryl on June 18, 2019 as a reply to an invitation to our 40th reunion.
I will not be able to attend. I’m on work assignment testing the engine for the Boeing 777X airplane. I have been working for Boeing for 28 years and am approaching retirement real soon. I have had a great career as an Electrical Engineering working Propulsion and Electrical Systems. The 777X is the latest Boeing airplane in development. For the last 15 years I have been on the Product Development Design team and have had a lifetime of exciting experiences. Now that retirement is coming soon, transition to a relaxed life is exciting.
You all have a great reunion and enjoy being together.
