Burried at East Lawn Cemetery in Provo, Utah

I attended the closed-casket viewing of Ronny Tanner who, along with Todd Ferguson and one other boy, were in that same automobile accident. Todd Ferguson lived and I do not remember the status of the other boy.The story was that they had been out late, joyriding, (like so many of us [I know I did] loved to do as inexperienced teen-aged drivers) southbound on State Street from Provo to Springville when they lost control of the car, slamming it into a telephone pole, cutting the car in half, breaking the telephone pole and killing Ronny Tanner. Tommy Ulibarri hung on for a few hours and passed away from the injuries.
